Once your item is shipped, we will be sending you a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel online.

4. What are your Return/Refund and Exchange Policies?

- To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be original packaging.

- The shipping fee must be shouldered by the customer.

- We can only honor the request for a refund or exchange within 7 days upon receipt of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for a refund or exchange once 7 days have passed since receiving the item.

5. How much is the shipping fee?

Standard Shipping Fees:

For orders with a total weight of not more than 1kg - 200.00

For orders with a total weight of 1.1kg - 3kg - 220.00
